Q: Can I load my files on my iPod
onto the MVP?
A: The iPod plays music from its own format - you
must use files that are .wav, .avi, or .mp3 format on the MVP. If you load an iPod
file onto your MVP and try to play the file, the MVP will give you an error.
Q: Is there a way to set the MVP
to only play the selected File, instead of rolling into the next song or video?
A: Currently the best way to solve this is to place
the file into its own folder on the player, using your file manager. Additionally,
if you utilize the properties of the file (right click / properties), you can customize
the Artist, Album and Genre of the file so that it groups with similar items.
Q: Must I use the included AVI
converter software to view my own video's on the device?
A: There are some other converters that will work
correctly - but - we do suggest that you run each video you have through our supplied
AVI converter to be sure that it will work correctly - even if you already have
the file in AVI format. Be sure to change the name of the converted file so that
you have the original to view on your PC or other device. If you need the AVI software
- click the 'Technical Support' link at the bottom of this page.
