Q: I'm thinking of buying an iPod, why do I want this player instead?
A: Yeah, you can buy an EMPTY iPod Nano for a bit more, but why would you when our player comes loaded with exclusive content like Behind the Scenes of a concert or the group jamming at home, plus we have an FM radio built right in for that time at the gym. Q: Can I transfer my downloaded music to it?
A: Absolutely, this player will play any MP3 song along with other popular formats. We have loaded about 1 GB of Content on the player - so you will have another 3 GB of space to load a few hours of music, video's or other content you own or choose to download later !! The included file manager program will allow you easy management of the content - and you can use your computer file manager to navigate as well.

Q: How many songs will fit on it?
A: Over 1600 songs can be stored on the player, or a wide mixture of Video's and Music. Plenty of space to add some of your other favorites to listen too along side us.

Q: Will any other music/video be available?
A: Sure, in the future, additional content will be offered for download as we continue to release new music and video's. Additionally - the expandable SD card slot offers more space to give you unlimited potential for both our content and content from other artists. Additionally, the MVP is compatible with downloads from popular sites including Amazon, Walmart, Napster, eMusic, and SNOCAP, just to name a few.

Q: How long does the battery last?
A: Long enough to listen all day at work, instead of doing what you were suppose to do. (Over 8 hours of music or 3+ hours of video. A bit less if you use the built-in speaker)

Q: What is the warranty and what are the terms?
A: Anything that happens because of us, will be covered for the 1st year. If you go skydiving and it hits the ground before you do, you are on your own. (Warranty against factory defects, all you have to do is ship the player back to us and we will provide a replacement.)

Q: After I purchase, how soon will I get my Digital Music Player?
A: The devices are custom manufactured. Once the pre-sale order window closes, we will be making the devices and sending them directly to you. This process will take about 45-60 days from the end of the ordering window. We know you want it NOW, and we want that too, we will keep you in communication through the process. Keep your eyes on your email as we may send some surprises during that time. Once the Pre-Sale is over - items will be shipped in 2-3 days.

Q: Are there any options like color, etc?
A: Not currently - we hope you like it as much as we do.
